Description of Services

eratec-germany.com is an online shop for kitchen appliances and accessories, such as the electric pizza stone oven PM-27, air fryers, food processors, multi-grills, tea makers, and matching accessories. You can view, search, and filter products, add them to the cart, and purchase them at checkout. A customer account is not required for an order. Consumers may cancel a contract without registering via the Cancel contract page.

How shopping works

1. Select a product using the menu, search, or a category.
2. On the product page, select a variant if necessary and click "Add to cart".
3. Check quantities in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
4. At checkout, enter contact details, delivery address, shipping method, and payment method, then complete the order using the order button.
5. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

How we meet accessibility requirements

The benchmark is the harmonized standard EN 301 549, which adopts the WCAG 2.1 success criteria at levels A and AA for websites. This declaration is based on a self-assessment. Specifically, the following have been implemented:

• Keyboard operation with visible focus indicators in sufficient contrast
• Page structure with headings, landmarks, and skip links so that screen readers can understand the pages
• Labeled form fields and error messages in text format
• Texts can be enlarged using browser functions; the layout adapts to small screens
• Automatically moving content, such as the announcement bar, can be paused
• Legal texts and mandatory information are linked directly in the footer of every page
• The checkout is provided by Shopify; Shopify develops it according to WCAG criteria

Known limitations

• Not all product images and videos have complete text alternatives or subtitles yet.
• We have limited control over third-party content, such as the cookie settings window, customer reviews, and the payment pages of external payment service providers.
• Downloadable documents, such as user manuals in PDF format, may not be fully accessible.
