These accessories are matched to the PM-27 pizza stone oven, its natural stone base and temperatures of up to 400 °C. For sliding pizzas in and out there are two sets of 2 pizza peels: uncoated stainless steel or non-stick for sticky doughs such as Lahmacun. They are joined by two pizza lifters, a pizza cutter, a rocker knife and a replacement pizza stone with a diameter of 32 cm.

With the Ø 32 cm cast iron grill plate, the terracotta casserole dish, the XXL pan and the universal glass lid you can grill, braise and fry in the PM-27. Clean the pizza stone with the sponge brush and water only.
