Can I buy products directly from your office/warehouse?
Yes. You can purchase our products directly from our office and warehouse in Gelsenkirchen during business hours without an appointment. Our address is: Magdeburger Str. 16B, 45881 Gelsenkirchen. Please remember to ring the bell upon arrival.

What are your opening hours?
Our office and warehouse sale is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time is approximately 2–6 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All ERATEC products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
How does the warranty or repair process work?
For warranty claims or paid repairs, the repair form available on our website must be completed. A printed copy of the form must be included with the product in the shipping carton.
What do I need to consider when sending in a defective product?
The product should be sent in its original packaging, if possible, and securely packed. The completed repair form must be included in the package. Processing time may be longer if the form is missing.
How long is the cancellation period and what conditions apply?
You can return your products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must have only been used for testing purposes and must not show any loss in value due to excessive use.
