Would you like to cancel a contract you entered into in our online shop? You can declare your cancellation directly online using the form below. You do not need a customer account to do so.

Please enter the details we need to identify your order and submit the form. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation immediately by email.

The cancellation period is 14 days. You can find all the details in our cancellation policy. You may also continue to declare your cancellation by email or letter, for example using the model cancellation form.
