The ERATEC Stand Mixer KF-967 is a powerful kitchen machine built for ambitious baking and cooking projects. With 1,200 W and a spacious 5.0-litre stainless steel bowl, it effortlessly handles large batches of dough – from yeast and bread dough to sponge cake and biscuit batter.

Six speed settings let you tailor the mixing precisely to every recipe: gentle whipping of cream at low speed, vigorous kneading of heavy yeast dough at high speed. The three included attachments cover all common applications.

The die-cast metal housing gives the mixer exceptional stability and a premium look. Non-slip rubber feet keep it firmly in place, even when working tough doughs.

For even greater versatility, the KF-967 is expandable with optional accessories: a shredder/grater attachment for vegetables and cheese, a meat grinder attachment for fresh minced meat, and a pasta roller set for homemade pasta in three varieties.

Care and Cleaning
