Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply to deliveries within Germany and to the listed foreign countries

1. shipping conditions

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax):

  • Deliveries within Germany: We charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order.
  • Deliveries abroad: We charge a flat rate of €18.99 per order for shipping costs abroad.

2. delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 days in Germany and within 3 - 5 days for deliveries abroad.

Start of the delivery period: The period for delivery begins on the day after the customer's payment instruction to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.3. accepted payment methods

We offer you the following options via PayPal Plus and Shopify Payments:

  • PayPal & PayPal Plus Services: Payment by PayPal, direct debit or credit card (even without a PayPal account) as well as purchase on account.
  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and UnionPay.
  • Klarna: Purchase on account (14 days payment term) and pay now.
  • Express checkouts: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
  • Regional payment methods: Bancontact (BE), BLIK (PL), EPS (AT) and iDEAL | Wero (NL).

Note: We do not charge any additional fees for the use of these cashless payment methods in accordance with § 270a BGB. All prices include the statutory value added tax.
